PARK GATE

Detail planning permission was granted on Edenholme in February by unanimous decision for the demolition of the existing bungalow and erection of two 4 bedroom detached dwellings with car ports and parking. Construction is due to commence in April with build completion in the autumn.

BROOK LODGE

SARISBURY GREEN

Detail planning approval was received in December for the demolition of the derelict locally listed former building, and the proposed erection of a replacement lodge with garage and parking. The site was once home to a charming gate lodge to the Coldeast Estate and through sensitive design, we have replicated the original layout and features of the previous building.

Crescent Road

ALVERSTOKE

Planning permission approved by Gosport Borough Council for conversion of an existing school building into 2 semi-detached dwellings and 2 new semi-detached dwellings. The site is based in a stunning Conservation Area close to the seafront in Alverstoke and construction is currently underway.

HOME FARM, EMBLEY PARK

ROMSEY

Work is due to commence in May 2021 on the development of 23 dwellings in Romsey, following the demolition of the existing industrial buildings. The new site will be made up of 16 new build dwellings and 7 conversions of existing buildings for Hartly Ltd.

Construction is underway for a new development in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Whiteley for Hartly Ltd. Following the demolition of an existing property, the new site will consist of 5 new executive detached and 2 semi-detached dwellings on a private road.
